Duru
Biografia
Born in 1980, self-taught musician (guitar, piano and keyboards), Martin Duru has started his first band, Immune, with his longtime friend Jean-Sébastien Nouveau.
After two albums released by indie labels, he has created, again with Jean-Sébastien, the side-project Colo Colo whose first EP, resolutely modern and pop, is released by A Quick One Records.
Much interested in literature and philosophy, he's also journalist at the monthly Philosophie Magazine.
Colo Colo is the side-project of Martin Duru (Immune) and Jean-Sebastien Nouveau (Immune, Les Marquises). The band was named after the main football club in Chile, but also mysterious wild cats in South America... Freshly pop, recalling of MGMT or Phoenix, Colo Colo has released its first EP, "Follow me down", on the French indie label A quick one records.
